FAQ's

We need a minimum of 48 hours to prepare an order. Once accepted, a date will be shared for delivery or shipping. 

Last minute orders, if accepted, will be an additional cost of $10-15 depending on the product and amount. 

Orders are delivered in Orange County during a 3 hour window unless otherwise stated. 

Shipping is required for Los Angeles or San Diego addresses.

Returns

Due to the fresh ingredients and short life span of the product, we cannot accept returned items.

Exchanges

Similarly, we cannot exchange a product for another due to the limited shelf life.

Substitutions

Ingredients are specially curated and cannot be made gluten free or dairy free depending on the recipe.
