Tahini sesame cookie with dark chocolate

This is not your usual chocolate chip cookie. This cookie comes with tahini, toasted sesame oil, dark chocolate, and rolled in sesame seeds. Not too sweet, with savory notes and great with a cup of coffee or tea.

INGREDIENTS

Flour, butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, roasted sesame oil, tahini, vanilla extra, salt, baking soda, eggs, dark/semisweet chocolate Callebaut and Valrhona wafers, black and white sesame seeds

HOW TO STORE

Made fresh and without preservatives, it is best eaten the same day. Otherwise, make sure to refrigerate immediately if not eaten the same day. It lasts well up to 2 days in the fridge.
